29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about May 7, 2025, employee used extension cords to energize a Milwaukee skill saw and a power cord to energize a air compressor that had outer sheathing pulled away in the following instances a-b. a) On the west side of the construction site, extension cord with outer sheathing split used to energize a Milwaukee skill saw, b) On the west side of the construction site, a power cord use to energize the air compressor had the outer sheathing split.
