On or about May 9, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately fourteen (14') feet four (4") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 9, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately eight (8') feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. G R Quality Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1766041, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15759 Arroyo Dr., Oak Forest, IL 60452.
