1926.503(a)(1) The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Worksite was located at 51 Miller Street, Highlands, NJ 07732 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty feet to ground while installing roofing on a new raised two-story single-family home while not utilizing fall protection. Violation was observed on or about May 8, 2025. b) Worksite was located at 53 Miller Street, Highlands, NJ 07732 One worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet to ground while preparing to install siding above the portico on a new raised two-story single-family home while not utilizing fall protection. Violation was observed on or about May 8, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
