29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) 650 Central Avenue Billings, MT 59102: On or about May 7, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while welding, grinding, and painting door frames. The employer failed to provide information addressing the limitations of respirator use to employees prior to voluntary use.
