29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide. a) Water tower, Hawthorne Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA: On or about May 12, 2025, three employees of Minoan Industrial were engaged in painting operations on tubular welded frame scaffolding 8 sections high that was not fully planked between the uprights. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(8): At all points of a scaffold where the platform changes direction, such as turning a corner, the platform that rests on a bearer at an angle other than a right angle was not laid first, and platforms which rest at right angles over the same bearer were not laid second, on top of the first platform. a) Water tower, Hawthorne Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA: On or about May 12, 2025, three employees of Minoan Industrial were engaged in painting operations on tubular welded frame scaffolding 8 sections high that did not have the planks properly sequenced at the corners where the scaffold changed angles. No abatement certification or documentation required.
