29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not collect personal samples representative of a full shift, including at least one sample for each job classification in each work area, either for each shift or for the shift with the highest exposure level: a) Water tower on Hawthorne Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055: On or about June 4, 2025, the employer had not conducted full shift personal sampling to determine the employee's regular, daily exposure to lead, for abrasive blasting tasks to a water tower known to contain lead paint. The employer relied on area sampling objective data to make the basis of initial determination. No abatement documentation or certification is required.
