29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about May 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in roofing activities was not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet ten (10) inches, above the ground, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. b. On or about May 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in roofing activities was not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet, above the ground, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. c. On or about May 12, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet five (5) inches, above the ground, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
