29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 14, 2025 the employer failed to ensure that flexible cords were only used for temporary wiring of equipment within the facility. The employer allowed for flexible cords to be used for an extended length of time to supply 110v electrical power to the Global Industrial Stretch Wrap Machine.

The FROMM AP500 Bubble Wrap Machine was being stored between the control boxes and a Philadelphia Tramrail Baler, obstructing access.
