29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not ensure that each employee operating a powered industrial vehicle had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph (d) of this section are identical to those set forth at paragraph (l) of 29 CFR 1910.178. and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d). a) 141-153 Penn Station Lane, Manheim, PA - On or about May 15, 2025, an employee operated a rough-terrain Pettibone 8044 Telehandler without having received a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator's performance. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
