29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(vi):  When a truck was left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered:  a) 153 Penn Station Lane, Manheim, PA -On or about July 14, 2025, the employer was operating a rough-terrain Pettibone 8044 Telehandler Serial# 4379 and elevated the forks of this lift to the roof level at back of the building.  The operator of this lift dismounted and did not have the load engaging means fully lowered, exposing employees to the hazard of a falling or dropped load.  b) 153 Penn Station Lane, Manheim, PA -On or about July 14, 2025, the employer was operating a rough-terrain Pettibone 8044 Telehandler Serial# 4493 and elevated the forks of this lift to the roof level at front of the building.  The operator of this lift dismounted and did not have the load engaging means fully lowered, exposing employees to the hazard of a falling or dropped load.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
