29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used by employees to renovate the retail space including USG All Purpose Joint Compound, Customs Blend Economical Non-Modified Thin-Set Mortar, and Altius Cement Portland Cement ASTM C150-Type 1 were not available onsite. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
