29 CFR 1910.95(g)(8)(i): When a comparison of the annual audiogram to the baseline audiogram indicates a standard threshold shift, as defined in 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(10) has occurred, the employee was not informed of this fact in writing, within 21 days of the determination: a) Facility - On or about 03/24/2025 and ongoing, the employer had not informed that a Trouble Shooter in writing, within 21 days of the determination when a Standard Threshold Shift (STS) had been identified. The employee was provided with an audiometric exam on 03/24/2025 which revealed a STS and was not appropriately informed. b) Facility - On or about 03/24/2025 and ongoing, the employer had not informed that a Machinist in writing, within 21 days of the determination when a Standard Threshold Shift (STS) had been identified.
