29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii): Full shift (for at least seven -7 continuous hours) personal samples for lead were not collected including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area: In lane 5 of the handgun firing range at 100 Springdale Rd., Westfield, MA: On May 19, 2025, and at times prior, the employer did not perform personal exposure monitoring of engineers who are exposed to lead while performing firing of small arms prototypes. Savage Arms, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590625, citation number 1, item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Springdale Rd., Westfield MA 01085.
