29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 2nd floor, Top Plate: On or about 05/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to falls up to 21-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to an employee installing plywood sheathing on a roof. Sergio Estuardo Ramos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576040, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #177 601 Skye Court Peachtree City, Georgia 30269.
