29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Lot #25: On 05/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that no head protection was provided to employees working on the ground level moving materials to the top plate for framing operations.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Lot #25: On 05/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 2nd floor, Top Plate: On or about 05/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to falls up to 21-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to an employee installing plywood sheathing on a  roof.   Sergio Estuardo Ramos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576040, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #177 601 Skye Court Peachtree City, Georgia 30269.  Sergio Estuardo Ramos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1326559, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at The Overlook at Old Atlanta Subdivision, Lot #27, Suwanee, GA 30024.
