29 CFR  1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view:  a)  50 Fadem Road Springfield, NJ 07081  On or about May 22, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that forklift operators keep a clear view of the path of travel. An employee operated a forklift truck to transport a load, traveling forward with the load blocking their view. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazard.
