Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Trader Joe's, 1460 Bethlehem Pike, North Wales, PA 19454: On or about May 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained for all electrical panels. The electrical service panels were blocked by boxes, folding chairs, and other items. Trader Joe's East Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737000, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 205 Summit Boulevard, Birmingham, AL 35243. Trader Joe's East Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670362, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 87 Marginal Way Portland, ME 04101.
