29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 362 - 370 NJ 33 West, Building 2, Manalapan NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 5 inches, when performing vinyl siding installation and other related activities from pump jack scaffolds that were missing end stops and a scree. Condition observed on or about 05/27/25. b- 362 - 370 NJ 33 West, Building 2, Manalapan NJ - Workers and the company owner were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 8 inches, when performing vinyl siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a screen. Condition observed on or about 05/27/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
