29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 362 - 370 NJ 33 W, Buiilding 4, Manalapan NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from an articulated boom lift's elevated man lift basket while improperly wearing a full body harness and having a lanyard that was improperly connected to this worker's harness. Condition observed on or about 07/22/25.
