29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the charging room was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a)Falcon Plastics, Inc. at 605 7th Street Southwest, Madison, SD 57042: On or about and at times prior to May 29, 2025, the employer did not ensure that a bottle of machine lubricating oil was clearly labeled to identify the contents located on top of the Ten-Sheeg machine, located within the production area. This condition exposed employees to health hazards, to include but not limited to inhalation, eye and skin irritation, and ingestion.
