Willow Grove, PA 19090 - On or about June 2, 2025 an access path was not made available at the ladder when employees were entering the work area on the roof, approximately 15 feet above the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guard rail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) 3000 Terwood Rd. Willow Grove, PA 19090 - On or about June 2, 2025 employees performing roofing work on a low slope roof were exposed to fall hazards due to the absence of a safety monitor when using a warning line system to protect employees from unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. Pro Com Roofing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standards, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1501713, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-08-2021 with respect to a workplace located at 520 Twining Road Dresher, PA.
