Above Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747172, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 7/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 480 Elliot Street, Milton, MA 02186.  Above Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586382, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/7/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2183 Main Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
