29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, material handling areas, storage areas, and/or hoisting areas were not connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines: a) 2020 Eg Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17110 - employees were exposed to fall hazards greater then 6 feet due to the employer not establishing an access path from the point of entry to the working area of a two story roof, on or about June 2, 2025. b) 2020 Eg Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17110 - employees were exposed to fall hazards greater then 6 feet due to the employer not establishing an access path from the point of entry to the working area of a two story roof, on or about June 5, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
