Sub-contractor employees were observed passing materials from a lower level of the structure to employees on the next higher level without wearing protective helmets.

Sub-contractor employees were observed working at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without having adequate fall protection while conducting various residential roofing work. Barrientos Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1782456, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/31/2025, with respect to a workplace located at205 Kansas City S, Excelsior Springs, MO.
