An elevated load shall not be tilted forward except when the load is in a deposit position over a rack or stack: (a) On or about June 9, 2025, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to caught-between hazards while transporting and offloading copper liners to the lock-up facility for storage, resulting in an amputation injury.
