29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the temporary jobsite located at 2121/2123 Elk Ridge Ave Goddard, KS 67052, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet and the employer did not ensure the employees used fall protection or were properly secured to the fall protection. Wells Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1816584, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2426-2428 S Wheatland St, Wichita KS, 67235.
