29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) 502 Wicks Ln. Billings, MT 59105: On or about June 9, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 2 inches to ground below while installing asphalt shingles. Perfect 10 Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629171, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 910 N Miles Rd, Hardin, MT.
