29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: a) Production Floor- On or about June 13, 2025, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from inadequate housekeeping practices that allowed a buildup of combustible wood dust to accumulate on floor surfaces. Abatement certification required.
