OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck-by hazards while operating an overhead crane with an underhung hoist due to the following conditions:  1)	The overhead crane was modified in that non-standard attachment points were added to the trolley for a store-bought hoist system without being analyzed by a qualified person or the manufacturer of the equipment and tested in accordance with ASME B30.17-2020 Section 17-2.2.  Corrected during inspection.

Abatement certification required.

29 CFR 1910.213(l)(2): Boring bits where not provided with guards that would enclose all portions of the bit and chuck above the material being worked:  a) Main Shop: On or about August 14, 2025 employees were exposed to entanglement hazards when making wooden wheel chocks due to a lack of guarding around the bits of a boring machine.  Corrected during inspection.
