(a) On or about June 13, 2025, employees conducted roof sealing work on a new industrial building at 10613 South 27th Street in Franklin, Wisconsin, without the use of fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16.6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about June 13, 2025, employees conducted roof sealing work on a new industrial building at 10613 South 27th Street in Franklin, Wisconsin, were not trained in the recognition of fall hazards and the methods to implement fall protection systems and/or mitigate fall hazards. This exposed employees at the job site to a fall hazard of approximately 16.6 feet.
