29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. A.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, Shipping, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: the strapping side of the Shipping Mosca Strapper #1 was not guarded to prevent employees from contacting moving parts and pinch points. Pinch points created by the strapper head and the vertical support track the strapper mechanism runs on. B.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, Shipping, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: the strapping side of the Shipping Mosca Strapper #2 was not guarded to prevent employees from contacting moving parts and pinch points. Pinch points created by the strapper head and the vertical support track the strapper mechanism runs on. C.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, Shipping, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: The entrance to the Shipping Mosca Strapper #1 strapping system was not guarded to prevent employees from struck by hazards. Stuck by hazards include the top of the strapping system moving down. D.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, Shipping, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: The entrance to the Shipping Mosca Strapper #2 strapping system was not guarded to prevent employees from struck by hazards. Stuck by hazards include the top of the strapping system moving down. E.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: The sides of the Mosca Strapper - Sheets were not guarded to prevent employees from contacting moving parts and pinch points. Pinch points created by the strapper head and the vertical support track the strapper mechanism runs on. F.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: The entrance to the Mosca Strapper - Sheets was not guarded to prevent employees from struck by hazards. Stuck by hazards include the top of the strapping system moving down. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii):Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: A.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC, Starch Kitchen, On or about 6/13/25 and times prior thereto: Employees work around equipment that utilizes corrosive materials including but not limited to, Acetic Acid, Polymac 2-4619, Caustic Soda, and High Calcium Hydrated Lime. Plumbed emergency eye wash/shower units periodically experienced low flow during Starch Mixing Operations. Hazard communication training that explained this condition and then the location of available self-contained emergency drenching equipment available for use was not conducted. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
