29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about June 13, 2025, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a commercial building located at 2800 West Market Street, Fairlawn, Ohio 44433. The employees were using air powered nail guns to install the roofing materials and the employer did not ensure they were wearing protective safety glasses.
