29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about June 10, 2025, an employee performed maintenance/setup operations on A-003 225T Cincinnati Press Brake, in Work Center A, with the press brake locked out under the machine specific lockout procedure. The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually, to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of 1910.147 were being followed.
