29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   Employees framing a residential home located at 1762 Cobb Train, Parrish, Florida 34219 were not protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.  The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on June 20, 2025, at 1762 Cobb Trail, Parrish, Florida 34219, when an employee is framing the structure and is exposed to an approximate 20-foot fall hazard to the ground, in that fall protection equipment is not installed or utilized.  To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all employees wear appropriate fall protection when an employee works more than 6 feet above the next lower level.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
