29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) 1500 block E. 28th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (even side): On or about June 25, 2025, the employer failed to ensure employees brick cleaning activities on a new residential property were protected at the ends of the scaffold by a guard rail system, approximately 15 feet above grade.
