29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about June 23, 2025 The employer did not ensure that the employee using an aerial lift utilized fall protection. Employee was exposed to fall hazards approximately 15 feet while engaged in cutting tree branch on a basket. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
