29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: Location: 26 Cliff Street Plymouth MA. 02360 On or about June 20, 2025 employees were exposed to fall hazards where a stairrail was not provided on a stairway used to access a second floor of construction that had 15 risers.
