29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about July 3, 2025,  employees conducting framing activities on the second floor of a residential structure were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 4 inches onto dirt, gravel and building materials.  Wilmar Carpentry LLC,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1665372, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1535 Black Wolf Trail, Sun Prairie, WI. 53690.  Wilmar Carpentry LLC,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597800, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at W72N1127 Augusta Lane, Cedarburg, WI 53012.
