29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Warehouse; Sorting Lines: On June 18, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when employees cleaned components of the Canconex Sort Pro Series 2, Model SP015 sorting machine such as the platform and sensors. CTPS LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525537, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Grande Boulevard, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and and sparks: a) Warehouse; Sorting Lines: On June 9, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not implement an effective method of guarding the outfeed of the Canconex Sort Pro Series 2, Model SP015 sorting machine as employees operated it in the processing of packaging materials. CTPS LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(1), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525537, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Grande Boulevard, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
