OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards related to handling stone slabs:   475 South Henderson Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406 - On or about July 7, 2025, employees worked within the fall shadow of a stone slab(s) while using a manually operated metal carts to move stone slabs. The metal carts were not inspected daily and were not maintained in good working condition. Deficiencies include but not limited to include inadequate welds and metal corrosion which can reduce the cart load rating, resulting in failure or cart collapse.   AMONG OTHER METHODS, FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHODS TO CORRECT HAZARDS ARE:  1) Follow the operational safety and assembly instruction for the cart provided by the manufacturer.  Examine carts daily for potential issues and correct any deficiencies found prior to use.
