29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)   a.) At the worksite, located at 13084 Empress Jewel Trail Parrish, FL 34219; On or about 7/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft , in that,  a fall protection system was not provided for employees conducting framing operations on a newly built residential home.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a.) a.) At the worksite, located at 13084 Empress Jewel Trail Parrish, FL 34219; On or about 7/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft , in that, an extension ladder did not extend 3 ft past the landing surface for employees conducting framing operations on a newly built residential home.

At the worksite, located at 13084 Empress Jewel Trail Parrish, FL 34219; On or about 7/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 6ft, in that, a Werner 8ft A-frame ladder was not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions as it was propped in the closed position, leaning against the block wall while conducting framing operations.
