29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) 425 20th Ave., Indian Rocks Beach, FL - , observed on or about 02/20/2026, a temporary stairrail system was not installed on the stairway leading to the first floor entry of the residence. The stairs had 14 risers with an open sided floor exposing employees to a 8'3" fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 425 20th Ave., Indian Rocks Beach, FL - , observed on or about 02/20/2026, employees in the process of decking the roof, on a 4 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal), were exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized. Vision Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1828534, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/07/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 12446 Radiant Crystal Rose, Parrish, Florida.
