The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection.  The Alfredo Construction LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518401, citation number1 item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 East Turkeyfoot, Akron, Ohio 44312.
