29 CFR 1926.652(e)(2)(i): Excavation of material to a level greater than 2 feet (.61m) below the bottom of the members of the support system was allowed: a) Construction site, Concord Rd. Nazareth, PA - On or about July 17, 2025 an employee worked in a trench over 12 feet in depth and approximately 30 feet long installing HDPE piping, with the bottom of the trench shield set more than two feet above the bottom of the trench.
