The employer did not provide fall protection for the tanks as required.  b) 40 WEST PARK AVENUE SELLERSVILLE, PA 18960, small dip tank area in rear of building , line 5 & 7,  - On or about July 18, 2025, an employee was working on a catwalk adjacent to dip tanks containing corrosives, such as Nitric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid, and nickel/zinc from 7th line behind employee, where the sides of the dip tanks were no more than 21" above the catwalk, exposing the employee to chemical burns, drowning, and/or fall hazards.  The employer did not provide fall protection for the tanks as required.
