29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator in the machine area from hazards: a) Masonite Engineering pre-press loader: On or about July 14, 2025, employees were exposed to amputation hazards created by the pulleys on the pre-press. b) Masonite Engineering pre-press loader: On or about July 14, 2025, employees were exposed to crushing hazards from the elevator on the pre-press. c) Masonite Engineering pre-press loader: On or about July 14, 2025, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from a rotating wheel on the pre-press.
