1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) at 4700 Conway Road Orlando Florida 32812, three (3) employees were exposed to falls hazard of 19-25 foot while delivering roofing materials on a varying pitch roof between 2:12-6:12. in that, fall protection was not used. The Mel Stevenson & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1507137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 12330 Country White Circle Tampa Fl. 33635.
