OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when operating single girder underhung crane:  a) Paint Shop: On or about July 18, 2025, and at times prior, employees operating single girder underhung cranes were exposed to serious injury while moving structural steel beams without any directional markings on the equipment or facility.  b) Paint shop: On or about July 14, 2025, employees operating a single girder underhung crane were not clear of a low-slung, suspended load when if fell, exposing the employee to serious injury.  Abatement certification and documentation required.
