29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. NASNI Building 1479: On or about July 25, 2025, and at times prior to, the General Electric 120 volts mini refrigerator was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. Employees were potentially exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to install or utilize in accordance with the listed or labeled instruction(s) included with the electrical equipment. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and same hazard on May 05, 2022, Inspection 1594291, date June 17, 2022 of final order, and means of abatement.
