Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to install or utilize in accordance with the listed or labeled instruction(s) included with the electrical equipment. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and same hazard on May 05, 2022, Inspection 1594291, date June 17, 2022 of final order, and means of abatement.
