29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece was used, and at least annually thereafter:    a)  Fluid Energy - On or about July 24, 2025, employees were required to wear tight fitting elastomeric respirators when performing job tasks while handling hazardous dusts such as, Jayhawk BTDA and Ancamine 2441.  The employer did not perform annual respirator fit-testing in accordance with this section.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.   The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
