29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a.) 11286 South Susquehanna Trail, Liverpool, PA 17045, on or about July 28. 2025, employees were performing roofing activities with temperature in low 70Fs to mid 80Fs, and the employees were not instructed on the recognition heat stress related signs and symptoms. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury: a.) 11286 South Susquehanna Trail, Liverpool, PA 17045, on or about July 28. 2025, employees were performing roofing activities and the employer did not conduct an evaluation to determine the availability of emergency services and/or medical facilities in relation to the construction project, nor were on-site first aid provisions made, prior to the start on the project for prompt medical attention in case of a serious injury. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
